A schedule
your body can follow.

Sleeping in on weekends undoes the week. The single change that helps most people is boring and unpopular: the same wake time every day, including Saturday.

The programs

Four programs, all starting with the wake time

Nothing here asks you to go to bed earlier by willpower. We change the inputs, and the sleep follows.

How it works

Diary first, then one change

Two weeks of honest data beats any theory about why you sleep badly. The pattern is usually visible immediately.

Free intro call

Twenty minutes on your nights, your schedule and what you have already tried.

Two weeks of diary

Five lines a morning. No changes yet.

One change at a time

Usually the wake time. Two changes at once tell you nothing.

Weekly review

Within 48 hours: what moved, what did not, and the next single step.

How we work

Habits, and a clear line at medicine

Plenty of bad sleep is a habit and schedule problem, and habits respond well to coaching. That is what Aurrevia does.

Plenty of bad sleep is not. Loud snoring with daytime sleepiness, long-standing insomnia, legs that will not settle, falling asleep mid-conversation — those need a physician or a sleep clinic. We ask about them on the first call and refer, because coaching around a real sleep disorder wastes your money.

Frequently asked

The questions we get most

Is this CBT-I?

No. Some ideas overlap, but cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia is a clinical treatment delivered by licensed providers. We coach habits and schedules and refer people who need treatment.

Can you advise on melatonin or sleeping pills?

No, never. Anything you take is between you and a doctor or pharmacist, including supplements.

I snore loudly and wake up tired.

Please see a physician before starting anything with us. That pattern can indicate sleep apnea, and no amount of routine work substitutes for a proper assessment.

How long until I sleep better?

Schedule changes often show up within two to three weeks. Longstanding patterns take longer, and we will not promise a number.

I work nights. Is this pointless?

No, but expectations change. The shift work program is about placing light, naps and meals deliberately and protecting recovery days.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contract, no minimum term. Access stays open until the end of the month you already paid for.

Want to see the pattern in your nights?

Twenty minutes on your schedule and the one change worth making first. Free.
